AI Visual Creation Notice
Before users access relevant AI visual creation features, PicSelf may display an in-app data processing notice explaining what user-submitted photos, videos, text instructions, template parameters, and generated results may be processed, how they are used, and how users can delete generated results within the app.

Once identity is verified, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain data to comply with legal, contractual, tax, or security obligations. We will inform you of any data categories that cannot be immediately deleted and the reason for retention.

We use global cloud services to process and back up your personal data. Our data is currently stored primarily in the United States. To fulfill the purposes set out in this Policy, your data may also be accessed by our affiliates or transferred to service providers located in various jurisdictions.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK), personal data may be transferred outside those regions. Where such transfers occur, we ensure adequate protection through:

To fulfill platform compliance obligations, ensure a positive user experience, and prevent the generation and dissemination of illegal, non-compliant, or inappropriate content, PicSelf conducts automated content detection and review of user-submitted or generated content (including text, images, and videos).

Content Detection and Review
Content detection is carried out through automated technical means and review processes operated or controlled by PicSelf for content compliance, security risk control, abuse prevention, and service quality assurance. PicSelf does not share user-uploaded photos, videos, text instructions, generated images, or generated videos with third-party AI service providers for AI generation, model training, or independent processing.

If content is determined to potentially violate applicable laws, App Store policies, or this Policy, PicSelf reserves the right to restrict content generation, block or delete content, suspend related functions, or terminate services, without prior notice.

User Responsibility: Users are fully responsible for the legality and compliance of content they submit or generate. Any legal liabilities arising from published, submitted, or generated content shall be borne solely by the user.

   Content Compliance & Moderation: PicSelf uses automated content detection and review systems operated or controlled by PicSelf to review user inputs and generated outputs, including text, images, and videos. Any illegal, infringing, inappropriate, or otherwise non-compliant content may be blocked, deleted, or restricted without prior notice.
2. Prohibition of Unauthorized Resource Acquisition: Users must not exploit system or API vulnerabilities to obtain credits, points, or subscription benefits unlawfully; bypass payment mechanisms or usage restrictions; or use modified clients or unauthorized tools to interfere with system operations.
3. Prohibition of AI Misuse: Users must not use AI features for fraud, spreading false information, malicious activities, harassment, abuse, or any other harmful behavior. Repeatedly attempting to circumvent content moderation mechanisms is strictly prohibited.
4. Prohibition of Automated Abuse: Users must not use scripts, bots, or automated tools to batch-call AI services, engage in bulk account registration, or use emulators or virtual devices for large-scale operations that circumvent intended usage controls.

Violation Consequences: Violations may result in restriction of features, deduction of resources, temporary or permanent account suspension, and pursuit of legal liability as appropriate.

We may modify this Policy based on changes in laws, information processing methods, or service features. If we make material changes that affect your rights or how we process your personal data, we will provide appropriate advance notice as required by law — for example, via in-app notification or email — before the changes take effect.

For non-material changes (such as clarifications or corrections that do not affect your rights), the revised Policy will be published with an updated "Last Updated" date.
